This was our first time filing a homeowners insurance claim and the first time with roof replacement. T Rock has done work for us a few times now. Each time they have been very responsive to come out for a quote and also complete the work. The latest time we used them was after a night of 5 inches of rain where we noticed an internal leak. Ray called me back on a Sunday and came out first thing Monday morning to help patch it up. Travis performed a free inspection of my roof. He was professional and punctual, performing a thorough inspection and taking a bunch of pictures to show me the roof's condition. Our roof was damaged by wind and hail. Denver Gamble assisted us through the entire process, including being here when the adjuster completed an inspection. His crew removed the old shingles and re-installed new beautiful shingles quickly and incident free. They cleaned up the nails and debris created by the process so well that without the new roof we wouldn’t have known they were here. Denver went the extra mile to insure that all of the damage to the roof, gutters and downspouts was repaired.

I would highly recommend T ROCK ROOFING for your roofing needs.I used them for my deck, which was quite large with no slope. We went back-and-forth to try to figure out the best strategy, and then they recommended that we pour concrete on the deck to create the slope. An addition to that it was a little tricky, since we had a waterfall feature coming from the balcony that needed and casing with metal, and there was some challenges with the gutter, water, collection, water drainage. Long story short after several months, we got the deck exactly that we wanted. They were very responsive and had attention to detail. I had gotten in touch with several other roofing companies to try to figure out the slope situation, and all the rest of the companies had presented me ideas that would have failed. So I am very happy that we went with T ROCK.

I would give Brandon and Hailey Overby six stars if I could. They were extremely responsive, helpful and communicative during the whole stressful process of dealing with the insurance company and mortgage company. They were amazing advocates (i) assessing our damage and (ii) clearly communicating the damage to our insurance company. Then, the process of replacing our roof, gutters etc. went off without a hitch! I hope that I never have to use them again (i.e. I don't want another hail storm!), but if it occurs, I will call them first!

Brandon with T Rock was fantastic and walked us through the process from start to finish. He inspected our roof, gave us a great rundown of our issues and what to expect going forward with the insurance adjusters as well as his part of the process. He ensured that we were part of all communication with insurance and were kept informed every step of the way. The work itself is impeccable, and the materials used exceed what was already on our roof. John from TRock was very professional and prompt. He showed up when the insurance adjuster came to look at our claim and communicated great throughout the whole process. He explained everything in detail when I did not understand the process. He walked us through everything and was very empathetic towards us. Just a good experience all around. I had to have my roof replaced for the 2nd time in 5 years due to major hail damage from 2021 and 2022, and was referred to T Rock Roofing from my solar panel company. I was extremely pleased with their high level of customer care, professionalism, and thoroughness with my roof replacement in late April 2022.My sales consultant (Alan Gull) was absolutely outstanding. He was responsive from the beginning, and during a period of high wind when the crew had to delay roof installation of a Level 4 shingle + attic ventilation. More importantly than anything else- Alan kept my best interests at heart when it came to adhering to the warranties set forward by the solar panel company if a roofing company removed them instead. This honesty and level of integrity was what set Alan apart from the others, as nobody else had even mentioned this. After reviewing my solar warranties with the company on what I could have potentially voided, I chose Alan and T Rock Roofing.After the contract was signed via DocuSign, Alan was able to get a work crew slotted to replace my roof in a matter of a couple of weeks. I felt that this was reasonable, considering the high demand of roof repair/installation for many after hail damage in March 2022.Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the level of expedience and thoroughness made by the work crew in replacing my roof with a Level 4 shingle, as well as the subsequent ventilation. I'm also very pleased with the professional service, responsiveness, honesty and integrity displayed by Alan Gull. I highly recommend T Rock Roofing, and will keep Alan's business card in my wallet indefinitely so that I can refer business in and out of Fort Worth. They were outstanding.

This is our first time to have to repair our home after significant storm damage. It could not have been easier. From day one, Alan was attentive and kind. He is great at communicating and we were never left wondering what was going on or what the next step was. Our insurance company has also been very happy with his work. Alan “Al” Gull has been a joy to work with, as well as his staff, Denise Henderson. Al has made this roof replacement so simple and hassle-free. T-Rock Roofing is a great company! Many companies talk about Customer Service being a priority but T-Rock proved to me that they really mean it. The work was done with an eye toward please the customer, and it started with the first employee who came and put a complimentary tarp on some damaged tiles and then offered their service to repair the roof (Connor was his name). Then Chase H.analyzed the roof & his attention to details sold me on T-Rock! Lastly, Alex & Javier repaired a slumping overhang. Chase has done everything he could to give me the best roof possible and I really appreciate his drive for excellence. This company and its People bring honor to the Roofing industry. I highly recommend Matt and T-Rock Roofing. Matt was great to work with. My insurance company did not want to replace my hail damaged roof. However, with Matt's guidance, knowledge and encouragement, the company relented and replaced the roof. I was very impressed with Matt's concern and integrity. As a Realtor, I need dependable contractors who can react quickly, do the job right and for a reasonable price. After my house got nailed from a hail storm, My insurance company suggested T Rock for my inspection and possible repairs. Brandon and the rest of the crew from T Rock Roofing and Construction were very accommodating and responsive. I had to switch my schedule around at the last second, and they were kind enough to re-schedule me at a moment’s notice. Not to mention, my new roof and gutters look amazing! The color match is perfect and my roof was upgraded for free. They are willing to work with you on prices/upgrades/services. We were referred to Alan’s company T Rock roofing for our hail damage and this by far the best experience my family and I have had! He came out and actually took the time to sit down and explain how everything was going to get repaired and fixed. Side of the roof had a small lift with a gap to the shingles. Contacted several roofing companies but I guess the job was small for them so they kept referring me to different companies. I was getting frustrated until I got a callback from Connor. Even though he was busy, he made time to come to the house to visually inspect the troubled area and suggested several options for fixing the issue. After further discussion, we settled on a solution and he was able to get the repair done quickly and it was perfect. Great communication, knowledge and execution. Highly recommended!!! I very rarely endorse people or businesses because in today's world, there are very few left who still offer customer service worthy of an endorsement. I reached out at the last minute needing an quote for estimated cost to replace a roof for a home I was attempting to close on; so I can include that cost in my negotiations with the seller of the home for closing cost concessions.I was down to my last day of the option period to get the quote submitted for negotiations with the seller.
